my story

        I grew up in a small country of Armenia in a city where working out or lifting weights was unheard of specially for women. I remember watching a fitness show at the age of eighteen on TV and thinking, I want to live that kind of lifestyle. I wanted to be fit, strong and inspire others to do the same, but I also know that there is no way I could do that living in Armenia. At the age of 19 I got Married to my ex. Husband now and came to the United States. Everything was very different for me  at that time, and I strongly fell in love with freedom and all the amazing opportunities for women. I remember my first steps to fitness when the first time I opened an oxygen magazine and I saw all the amazing and strong women on the cover and inside the pages, and I thought to myself that’s exactly who i wanted to become. I quickly fell in love with running, that mental clarity, feeling your best self after a physical activity you can never get from anywhere. Strong women’s image was so empowering for me. I wanted to provoke powerful , positive feelings in others.also to my children.  It is very unfortunate to say that self love and self acceptance is lacking in most women nowadays. My mission in this life is to be able to paint the vision in women that fitness is not only physical and that it can play a huge role to transfer all areas of your life.. As I shifted my focus to fitness not only I improved my body but I also started to feel amazing. Fitness really helped me to overcome my struggles and to improve my health mentally and physically and to share my journey and knowledge in hopes of inspiring people to discover their own strength and confidence to help a better life. Fitness saved my life and it still does. I found out effective channel to let out all the negative energy through my workouts and it live me feeling stronger inside and out. I’m more confident because of it. I have felt this strong, just as I’m sure many of you haven’t yet realized your own straight. Feeling strong in my body put me in control and lit a fire in me. In the last ten years I’ve learned and awakened new curiosities. I’ve learned a lot about self love. Finding your people , being surrounded with positive energy and protecting your energy. Empowering others and so much more through fitness. My deepest desire is to be able to share this with others. To let them know that all these tools are available to them as well.

To accept fitness not only a tool to lose weight but it will also allow you to create a life  you are obsessed with, if you don’t give up. Because real change can only happen if you never give up.so i never did. I keep getting up no matter how much I get bit down by life. I’ve had some powerful wins and a lot of moments of gratitude, I transferred my own life and helped others to do the same.

What makes Katherine different from others is her ability to truly tailor your program to your goals and she is there every step of the way to ensure you reach them.
